TikTok Live Streaming Operations Manager

1. Be responsible for the infrastructure construction of the brand Bagsmart's TikTok live streaming room, helping it achieve a smooth start, continuously optimize, iterate, and enhance the effect, creating best-selling products and ultimately achieving sales; 2. Based on the company's operational strategy, effectively formulate live streaming strategies, analyze the data related to the account, conduct competitor analysis, formulate annual, quarterly, and monthly live streaming operation plans and implement them, and continuously optimize the live streaming operation strategies of the account based on sales data results; 3. Be responsible for planning TikTok live streaming comprehensive activities, formulate specific implementation plans based on the marketing goals and plans of the activities and implement them; be familiar with the traffic rhythm of the live streaming room, do the inventory planning and goods planning, train the hosts, integrate the host's speech, control the scene, and carry out on-site operations; 4. Be responsible for the operation management of the local live streaming team, complete team setup, improve business processes, enhance the efficiency of the live streaming team, and be accountable for the business indicators. 【Qualifications】 1. Bachelor's degree or above (education level can be relaxed based on experience), 1 year or more of live streaming operation experience in e-commerce platforms, with experience in live streaming services for fast-moving consumer goods brands preferred; 2. Love the live streaming industry, familiar with the dissemination mechanism and operational rules of TikTok, understand the basic rules of TikTok store operation, have strong data analysis capabilities; 3. Clear logic, strong pressure resistance, have a strong sense of self-motivation, have requirements for comprehensive qualities, have experience in managing local live streaming teams. 4. English can be used as the working language, fluent and smooth in English communication, knowing Chinese is a plus (Filipino Chinese/Chinese 2 choices).
