Responsibilities

Your Role:

This position is part of the Business Excellence (“BE”) team as a super user of Oracle EBS, supporting HR in system-related tasks. Responsibilities include triaging user-raised issues, resolving basic user problems, performing data entry, maintaining employee records, and supporting the transition from local HR transactions to global HR processes.

This role is a key part of the Citco Group HR Center of Excellence, primarily responsible for HR Operations administration globally.

  • Act as a super user of Oracle EBS, supporting HR system users
  • Set up and maintain HR records and core system elements
  • Perform ad hoc recruitment and HR administrative tasks
  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements
  • Drive process improvements

Qualifications

About You:

  • Experience in a Shared Services environment, especially in HR BE teams
  • Experience with Oracle EBS is desirable but not mandatory
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with end users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
  • Ability to work effectively in both local and international virtual teams
  • Ability to analyze system issues, identify patterns, and coordinate fixes
  • Understanding of security, governance, and data privacy procedures
  • Multitasking ability and adaptability to a fast-paced environment
  • Mature, proactive, and responsible attitude
  • High initiative and strong interpersonal and communication skills in English
