Overview

SAP FICO AMS Consultant with 4–5+ years of hands-on experience in supporting and maintaining SAP Financials (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The role involves day-to-day support, issue resolution, minor enhancements, and user assistance within the SAP FICO landscape. You will work closely with business users, technical teams, and other SAP functional consultants to ensure timely and accurate support delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day SAP FICO support and issue resolution for FI and CO modules.
  • Assist with minor enhancements and user assistance; collaborate with business users and technical teams.
  • Configure and optimize FICO settings (e.g., GL accounts, tax codes, cost centers) as needed.
  • Document issues, solutions, and processes; ensure accurate knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in SAP FICO support and maintenance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of core FICO modules and integration with other SAP components.
  • Hands-on experience in issue resolution and ticket handling (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
  • Experience in configuring FICO settings (GL accounts, tax codes, cost centers).
  • Good understanding of business processes in finance and accounting.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
