Vietnamese Speaker - Tech Support | Quezon City (Onsite)

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for online video streaming paid content products via service channels (inbound phone, email, chat, and potentially video conference).
  • Diagnose issues, resolve customer inquiries, and document cases and resolutions.
Qualifications
  • Written and verbal Vietnamese language proficiency; experience / ability to translate Vietnamese to English and vice versa.
  • Open to College Undergraduates and College Graduates.
  • Candidate must have at least 1 year of BPO experience handling a Vietnamese bilingual account or similar experience.
