Duties & Responsibilities

1. Record and summarize accounting transactions in the general ledger.
2. Prepare and maintain the monthly trial balance and ensure that accounts are accurate.
3. Maintain cash receipts book, including review and filing of all official receipts and collection
receipts.
4. Prepare and maintain monthly disbursements book & general journal book & cash receipts
book.
5. Summarize direct labor cost of business units for journal entry in the general ledger.
6. Provide administrative support to Assistant Manager in the preparation of schedules and
statements for tax /regulatory reporting.
7. Perform other tasks as maybe assigned.
8. Ecodes VAT, EWT, compensation (1601C)
9. Maintain records of various payables and expenses
