Mortgage Broker Supports

Are you an experienced mortgage professional with deep knowledge of the Australian/US or local mortgage landscape? Join our growing team and make a real impact by helping clients secure their dream homes through expert structuring and streamlined loan processes.

What You'll Do:
Consult with clients to assess financial goals & serviceability (using Quickli + 5 Cs)
Structure tailored mortgage solutions (fixed/variable, offset, interest-only, etc.)
Process and manage loan applications via Salesforce, Creatio & Salestrekker
Handle compliance, credit analysis & documentation (DocuSign, Ezidox, IDyou)
Coordinate with brokers, lenders & referral partners
Contribute to system/process improvement & stay current on lender policy updates

What we are looking for?:

3+ years end-to-end mortgage experience
Proven track record with Australian /US or local lenders and brokers
Strong grasp of compliance, loan documentation & CRM tools
Familiarity with ApplyOnline, Mercury, Equifax, AFG, SFG, Connective
Excellent English communication, attention to detail, and client-first mindset

Willing to work onsite (Calapan, Mariveles, Cainta) or remote work ready

Bonus If You Have

Lead generation/networking experience
Experience with aggregator platforms
Workflow optimization suggestions from previous roles
