Job Purpose
As a Graphic Designer in the Client Delivery department, you will play a pivotal role in translating client needs and expectations into visually compelling and user-centric product designs. Specific Duties And Responsibilities
The following are the specific duties and responsibilities of the Graphic Designer:

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand the client design requirements and preferences.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the design team, ensuring clear communication of design objectives.
• Develop innovative and visually appealing design concepts that align with client expectations and project goals.
• Present design proposals and rationale to clients for review and feedback.
• Prioritize user experience in design solutions, ensuring that products are intuitive, accessible, and meet user needs.
• Conduct user research and incorporate insights into the design process.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to bring design concepts to fruition.
• Ensure that design solutions align with project timelines and technical requirements.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on design deliverables to ensure accuracy and adherence to client specifications.
• Address and rectify any design issues or discrepancies promptly.
• Create comprehensive design documentation, including style guides and design specifications, to guide implementation.
• Maintain organized records of design iterations and client feedback.
  

• Proven experience as a Graphics Designer or in a similar role.
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing successful product design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Canva or Figma.
• Strong understanding of design principles, usability, and user experience.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate effective client collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and contribute innovative design solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, or a related field.
