  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns that enhance membership engagement.
  • Analyze membership data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns related to membership services.
  • Oversee the development of membership benefits to improve customer retention.
  • Provide leadership and training to team members handling membership operations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular membership performance reports.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Loyalty Specialist - Retail should have:
