Responsibilities Lead and supervise the ordering team to achieve departmental goals. Coordinate with sales, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing. Develop and implement efficient ordering procedures and workflows. Monitor order accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly. Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance. Analyze order data to identify trends and recommend improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Manage workload distribution and scheduling within the team.
