Job Description We serve over 3000 clients from the largest to challengers and community banks in 150+ countries. We collaborate with clients to build new banking services and state‑of‑the‑art customer experiences on our open banking platform, helping them operate more sustainably. The Role The Senior Technical Consultant – will play a key role in analyzing, configuring, and supporting digital banking products and customer journeys. This role focuses on requirements gathering, product analysis, functional validation, and support for Temenos Infinity modules, ensuring seamless digital experiences for banking clients. The consultant will act as a bridge between L1 support teams, product engineering, and client stakeholders, ensuring issues are resolved with clear technical analysis and best practices. Opportunities Provide Level‑2 technical support for Temenos Infinity platforms (web, mobile, omnichannel) across client environments. Oversee incident resolution, debugging, and RCA for complex digital banking issues. Manage and optimize API/microservices integration between Infinity, Transact, and external systems. Ensure system availability, performance tuning, and scalability of digital channels. Guide the team in troubleshooting front‑end (web/mobile) and middleware components. Define and enforce technical best practices, coding standards, and deployment guidelines. Collaborate with product engineering and architecture teams to deliver upgrades, hotfixes, and patches.
