You’ll be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone - no matter what role - contributes ideas and drives outcomes.What role will you play?In this exciting role, you will contribute significantly to the continuous uplift of production stability across all core front office systems and assist with implementing and improving operational processes across the team, including change management. Your focus will include data, analytics, as well as identifying and developing tools to uplift tools associated with Change Management. Identifying opportunities to simplify processes or implement automation initiatives within the Change environment will be a key factor to your success in the role.What You OfferDemonstrated strong technical problem-solving skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, Databases, and exposure to Atlassean products would be advantageous Proven experience in delivering operational services within a Change, Incident or Problem Management Framework, ideally in a global, complex, cross-functional financial services environment Solid conceptual understanding of all levels within the technology stack, including operating systems, databases and applications Familiarity with Jira Cloud administration and configuration is an advantage Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk and Grafana is an advantage.
