Overview Venergy Solar is a multi-award-winning Australian company delivering premium solar and battery solutions nationwide. We’re expanding our design team in the Philippines and looking for a talented PV Designer / Solar Engineer to join us immediately. About the Role: You’ll be responsible for designing high-quality residential and commercial solar systems in compliance with Australian standards. Working closely with our sales, engineering, and installation teams, you’ll ensure all designs are efficient, compliant, and tailored to each customer’s needs. Responsibilities Create accurate solar PV designs and layouts using software such as Helioscope, or Nearmap. Perform shading analysis, system sizing, and electrical calculations. Prepare single-line diagrams and documentation for CEC compliance. Collaborate with Australian engineers and project teams for design approvals. Maintain high accuracy and turnaround speed in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications & Skills Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum 1–2 years of solar design experience (Australian experience preferred). Proficiency in solar design software and AutoCAD. Strong attention to detail and understanding of AS/NZS standards.
