Property Management Backer

RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle communication via email and phone with tenants, contractors, and owners efficiently. Organize and schedule necessary repairs and maintenance with contractors to ensure properties are well-kept. Support the process of tenant prequalification to find suitable renters. Keep the property management system up-to-date with the latest data on properties and transactions. Assist in the financial management of properties, including rent collection, bookkeeping tasks, and preparation of monthly financial summaries. Also, manage bills and payments. Arrange and oversee property inspections to maintain standards. Create and send out engaging monthly newsletters to tenants, keeping them informed and connected. Research rental market trends to set competitive rental prices. Help in preparing lease agreements and other legal paperwork related to property management. Regularly check in with tenants to ensure they are happy with their living conditions and address any concerns. Document all property-related activities meticulously for reference and compliance. REQUIREMENTS:: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Has a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service. No prior experience in property management is required, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
