IT Supervisor

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Facilitate the implementation and maintenance of IT and telecommunications infrastructure within the mine site. Provide strategic IT planning to align technology initiatives with operational goals. Perform analysis and design of computer networks to support internet, email, GPS, accounting and inventory systems, and timekeeping automation. Undertake and supervise IT projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion. Monitor network security and stability, conducting risk assessments for areas of responsibility. Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to strengthen governance and compliance. Supervise third-party maintenance of software and hardware. Develop and monitor the IT operations annual budget, ensuring cost efficiency. Supervise and train IT staff in new applications, software, and hardware. Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate superior. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE: A graduate of BS Information Technology or a related course Minimum of 5 years of IT experience Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Familiar with computer networking, system security, administration, and inventory software Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills Highly detail-oriented, adaptable, and maintains integrity in all aspects of work. #J-18808-Ljbffr
