In this role, you’ll be a key player in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting the overall financial health of our clients.This is a full-time position in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you’ll work closely with both clients and our internal team to deliver reliable, high-quality accounting services. Responsibilities Handling advanced bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Managing payroll processing. Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulations. Performing reconciliations and managing month-end closing procedures. Assisting with budget preparation, forecasting, and other financial reporting. Collaborating with the Client Manager to improve financial processes and controls. Providing guidance and support to the finance team when needed. Job Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar General Accountant role, preferably in the financial services or accounting industry. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of relevant accounting standards, regulations, and best practices. Proactive mindset with the ability to take on responsibilities beyond the core scope.
