Management Job Description Job Title: Project Leader – Financial Institutions Practice (FIP) Location: Manila, Philippines (also hiring in: KL, Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand) Job Type: Full-time About the Role: BCG is seeking a Project Leader to join its Financial Institutions Practice Area (FIP) in Southeast Asia. You will drive client impact in the banking, insurance, and fintech sectors by leading case teams, delivering data-driven strategy, and managing client relationships at a senior level. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage consulting teams on client engagements across financial services. Oversee strategic research, hypothesis development, and advanced financial analysis. Design and deliver actionable business solutions for complex client challenges. Act as a key point of contact for clients and develop long-term relationships. Support proposal development, client pitches, and business development initiatives. Mentor and develop junior consultants on case teams. Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in top-tier consulting or senior financial services strategy roles. Strong academic background from a top-tier institution . Proven leadership managing multi-disciplinary consulting teams . Excellent problem-solving and quantitative analysis capabilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English.
