Accounting Associate

1. Processing billing statements at the end of each designated period as specified by the clients.
2. Following up and collecting daily time records at each cut-off period.
3. Following up on collections for assigned client accounts.
4. Monitoring and ordering office supplies.
5. Handling processing and reimbursement of insurance for MAA and Generali.
6. Recording sales and input tax receipts on a monthly basis.
7. Recording and collecting creditable tax from clients and encoding it into BIR programs every quarter.
8. Typing checks and vouchers.
9. Performing other tasks as may be assigned by the VP Finance.
