Overview

On-site - Caloocan. No experience required. Full-time position.

Job Description
  • Oversees the operational project sequence based on the scope of work indicated in the contract documents, drawings, plans and specifications at the project site.
  • Monitors and supervises the construction progress.
  • Monitors and checks the construction accomplishment based on the agreed construction schedule.
  • Monitors and checks punch list handover and work quality of in-house skilled workers.
  • Monitors and checks all required tools and materials needed to accomplish the project.
  • Performs site instructions to in-house skilled workers.
  • Daily monitoring of manpower deployment to the project site.
  • Reports to Technical OIC, Operations Manager and Client's Project Manager or Representative.
  • Submits weekly and monthly reports.
  • Creates accomplishment reports for attachment to progress billing.
  • Modifies drawing plans as needed using AutoCAD.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or any related field to construction project management. License is not required but a plus.
  • Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, MS Office software & SketchUp.
  • Experience handling a vertical project (condominium) construction is an advantage.
  • Technical know-how in construction methods and procedures is required.
  • Flexible to adapt to the challenging situations of a project site.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • AutoCAD proficiency; SketchUp and MS Office.
  • Experience with vertical construction projects (e.g., condominiums) is advantageous.
  • Ability to monitor schedules, manage manpower, and report progress.
