Parameta Solutions is the Data & Analytics division of TP ICAP Group. The business provides clients with unbiased OTC content and proprietary data, in-depth insights across price discovery, risk management, benchmark and indices, and pre and post-trade analytics. Its post-trade solutions offering helps market participants control their counterparty and regulatory risks through a growing range of tools that manage balance-sheet exposure, as well as compression and optimisation services. The Data & Analytics division includes the following brands: Tullett Prebon Information, PVM Data Services, ICAP Information and Burton-Taylor Consulting.
Role Overview
Parameta Solutions is the Data & Analytics division of TP ICAP Group. The business provides clients with unbiased OTC content and proprietary data, in-depth insights across price discovery, risk management, benchmarks and indices, and pre- and post-trade analytics. Its post-trade solutions offering helps market participants manage counterparty and regulatory risk through tools that support balance-sheet exposure, compression, and optimisation services.
This role sits within the Data & Analytics (D&A) Sales Operations function, which provides critical support to the Global Sales and Channel Management Teams. The Sales Operations Analyst acts as a central contact point, delivering operational services that enable the Sales team to drive commercial success more efficiently. This role is vital to ensuring seamless permissioning, operational onboarding, and issue resolution processes for our data products.

Role Responsibilities
- Execute permissioning requests on major market data platforms (Bloomberg and Refinitiv) using proprietary tools
- Perform market coverage checks (current and historical) across all TP ICAP D&A (Parameta Solutions) data streams
- Maintain and support tools used for market coverage and permissioning
- Source prospect leads using alternative datasets and platforms
- Deliver operational onboarding for new sales hires, including introductions to relevant systems and teams
- Compile and deliver reports on data trials, permissions, and channel activities to Sales and Channel Management
- Escalate or resolve operational challenges raised by Sales, Channel, or Client Success teams
- Support broader Sales Operations initiatives and perform other tasks as assigned by the Sales Operations Manager
Experience & Competencies
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related discipline
- Proven experience in market data operations, particularly with Bloomberg and Refinitiv
- Understanding of financial markets and data products
- High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working US hours, with flexibility to support APAC and EMEA shifts if needed
- Willingness to work occasional overtime and on Philippines public holidays
Desired
- Experience using Salesforce
- Proficiency in technical scripting (e.g., SQL, Snowflake, ThoughtSpot)
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools and data platforms
- Prior experience in a multinational or financial services environment
