What You'll Do

• Supervise, lead, manage, and provide technical assistance to the Test Engineering team to meet monthly commitments.
• Solve problems in line sustaining to minimize downtime and meet uptime targets.
• Oversee related maintenance, LOTO, and machine guarding.
• Define and document test processes (SOPs, Test Programs, Checklists) to guide manufacturing teams.
• Ensure ECOs related to test requirements are properly implemented.
• Plan and execute corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities for the Testers.
• Set up test-related equipment, qualify it, and deploy it to operations.
• Support PROLaunch activities and test improvements and development.

Qualifications:

• Electronics or Electrical Engineering graduate or related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Power Supply and/or UPS industry background preferred.
• Experience in Final Assembly and PCBA troubleshooting, testing, and analysis.
• Experience in machine commissioning, improvement, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Experience in one of the test program coding environments (LabVIEW, LabVIEW TestStand, VB6).
• Solid experience in Final Assembly and PCBA Production Test Support and Test Improvement.
• Able to interpret and understand schematic diagrams.

• Ability to perform basic calibration or validation of inspection tools/equipment.
• Understanding of Gauge R&R (GR&R).
• Internal quality auditor experience.
