Duties and Responsibilities Lead the preparation, review, and submission of financial statements in compliance with local regulations and company policies. Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns, statutory contributions, and regulatory reports (BIR, SEC, LGU). Monitor changes in tax laws and accounting standards, advising management on implications and compliance strategies. Oversee audit readiness and coordinate with external auditors and regulators. Accounting and Tax Management Lead the preparation of, consolidation, and monitoring of annual budgets and forecasts. Oversee disbursement processes, ensuring proper authorization, documentation, and alignment with budget allocations. Manage cash flow planning to support operational and strategic needs. Implement controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud. Billing and Collection Budget and Disbursements Lead the preparation, consolidation, and monitoring of annual budgets and forecasts. Oversee disbursement processes, ensuring proper authorization, documentation, and alignment with budget allocations. Manage cash flow planning to support operational and strategic needs. Implement controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud. Leadership and Collaboration Manage and mentor team members across accounting, tax, billing, collections, and disbursements groups. Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to align financial processes with organizational goals. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and process improvements for efficiency and compliance. Job Requirements A. Skills and Competencies With ability to balance compliance and business needs. With analytical and problem solving. Ability to process complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights. With integrity and commitment to governance and ethical standards. B. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting and has a CPA license. Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in accounting, tax, and finance operations, with at least 2 year in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of Philippine regulatory landscape (BIR, SEC, LGU). Good leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and ERP. #J-18808-Ljbffr
