Expert Technical Consultant – Manila, Philippines

• Technical Solution Delivery: Design, develop, and implement technical solutions tailored to client needs.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT systems, including architecture, integration, and deployment.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and security standards.
• Client Engagement & Consulting: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understand business challenges, and translate them into technical solutions; conduct workshops, presentations, and technical deep-dives with stakeholders; provide post-implementation support and optimization recommendations.
• Lead technical workstreams within global delivery projects and collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Mentor junior consultants and offshore teams; evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
• Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and innovation; contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices within the organization.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with business analysts, developers, QA, and operations teams; ensure seamless integration of solutions across platforms and geographies; support pre-sales activities including RFP responses and solution demos.
• Documentation & Compliance: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs and user guides; ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO).

• At least 10 years of experience with Finastra products (FTI, TICC, FFC), Core Java, XML, JAXB, Spring, databases (Oracle, DB2), and Unix commands.
• Experience working in Windows and Linux environments; server technologies (WebSphere, JBoss, WebLogic); familiarity with setting up FTI applications, database setup, ELS, and troubleshooting end-to-end flows in FTI FCC.
• Experience in FTI SDK customization, SDK interfacing/integration, SDK workflow implementation, screen tailoring, literals, fragments, and branding.
• FTI database management and upgrade experience; experience with product configuration management tools (CMT) and API stubs.
• Experience in designing reports using Crystal Reports and FTI data modeling; exposure to middleware (IBM MQ, ActiveMQ) and logging frameworks.
• Hands-on interfacing development covering batch extracts and online/realtime integrations with external systems; good exposure to SWIFT messaging.
• Experience with FCC, TICC, CCB, FFC, DWE would be an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
