Your role HCM Nexus is looking for a Benefits Coordinator who will be given hands-on experience in the following key responsibilities: Provides support to the subsequent day to day patient care coordination, administrative and documentation requirements of the assigned client company site. Attends to clients’ requests, complaints and concerns and ensures prompt responses to clients Coordinates with insurers on all client related concerns Performs other duties assigned by their immediate superior from time to time. This ensures they can manage benefits in accordance with legal standards and avoid potential legal issues. New coordinators are often paired with experienced mentors who provide guidance and support as they navigate their new roles. This mentorship helps in practical learning and application of theoretical knowledge. Career Progression As a Benefits Coordinator at HCM Nexus, you would likely be involved in managing employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing support to employees regarding their benefits.
