Hybrid Healthcare Representative page is loaded## Hybrid Healthcare Representativelocations: Philippines - Makati Citytime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: The Hybrid Healthcare Representative will be responsible for promoting and creating demand among identified specialists for the ethical products in the assigned territories to achieve sales and market share objectives.Duties & Responsibilities:* formulate strategies to achieve sales and market share objectives* spearhead planning and implementation of all CME activities such as RTDs, webinars, symposia, product presentations within the assigned territories* develop and maintain target specialists, speakers and key/emerging opinion leaders (KOLs/EOLs)* develop and update Territory Master Work Plan (TMWP) as source of relevant information and guideline in planning MD calls and implementation of programs* develop territory-based programs to improve understanding on assigned products* monitor sales, product movements and competitor activities* prepare and submit operational/admin reports* perform other official duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior* Consistently upholds organizational values and complies with all company policies.Qualifications Required:* Graduate of a 4- or 5-year college program* With at least 2 years' experience as PHR* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)* Good interpersonal skills* With valid Med Rep PRC* With valid driver's license* Willing to travel and be assigned in Marikina and Rizal Uptowns.
