Overview

Accounting Staff - Experienced Level (US Hours Shift). The role involves involvement in all aspects of accounting, from the transactional level through financial statements, using cloud computing technology.

Responsibilities
  • Accounts Payable processing
  • Accounts Receivable processing
  • Inventory analysis
  • Monthly payroll run and accounting
  • Completion of month-end journals and closing adjustments
  • Preparation and completion of monthly financial reports
  • Bank and general ledger reconciliations
  • Active participation during client calls
  • Identify significant risks and document analysis in a technical memo
  • Guide and review work of entry-level staff
  • Draft process documentation
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience in accounting or related field; preferably with BPO companies
  • Bachelor's/College degree in Finance or Accountancy or equivalent
  • CPA license is preferred
  • Interest and exposure to accounting systems (QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, NetSuite)
  • Ability to work under pressure and refocus on urgent tasks
  • Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written)
  • Strong analytical skills
