Techsol (Philippines) Industries, Inc. is expanding its international project execution in the power and energy sector. We are looking for experienced Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation & Control Engineers to join our team for assignments in the Philippines and abroad, including Africa.

Position Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation & Control Engineering.
  • Extensive experience (typically 15+ years in geothermal projects or 20+ years in thermal power plant projects, covering construction, commissioning, testing, and operations).
  • Proven ability to interpret P&IDs, plant layouts, equipment arrangements, piping designs, and steam gathering systems.
  • Familiarity with international construction codes and standards.
  • Candidates with proven experience in geothermal field development and in thermal power plant construction and commissioning, particularly in the role of Owner’s Engineer, will have an advantage.
  • Proven experience working in a multicultural environment.
  • Prior experience in international projects, particularly in Africa, is an advantage.
  • Willingness to take on overseas assignments for extended periods.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead or support project execution activities for power and industrial projects, with a focus on international assignments.
  • Supervise construction, commissioning, testing, and operations in compliance with international standards and client requirements.
  • Support business development activities, including client engagement and preparation of project proposals.
  • Represent Techsol in project reviews, technical discussions, and coordination meetings.
  • Collaborate effectively with diverse, multicultural teams across different countries and disciplines.
