SEM Specialist

Schedule 6AM to 3PM MNL What will you do? Campaign Planning & Execution Plan, launch, and optimize multiple paid campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, etc. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis. Manage Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Remarketing campaigns. Define campaign goals, budgets, and bidding strategies in collaboration with teams or clients. Optimization & Testing Use data-driven insights and A/B testing to improve performance and meet KPIs. Analyse user behaviour and trends to forecast results and optimize ROI proactively. Account & Stakeholder Management Handle multiple client accounts including setup, daily optimization, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Collaborate with content and design teams for consistent messaging and creative alignment. Analytics & Reporting Implement tracking with GA4, GTM, Google Ads Conversion, and Meta Pixel. Deliver clear performance reports with actionable insights. What are we looking for? 3+ years of hands‑on experience in SEM / paid media within a marketing agency is mandatory. Experience performing SEM for Australian or US based clients mandatory. Experience managing & optimizing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads mandatory. Strong understanding of bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization. Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, Search Console, and tracking best practices. Experience with ad testing, copywriting, and landing page optimization.
