Job Description

  • Review daily platform reports (Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, Profit and Loss Statement).
  • Prepare and review Agent Commission & Profit Sharing statements.
  • Prepare and review weekly AP and AR statements.
  • Review and reconcile cash flow and banking statements from banking accounts and 3rd party channels.
  • Review and plan operational risk controls from a financial standpoint in accordance with company and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with other operations teams to align with the company’s mission and vision.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Departmental Managers.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting/finance-related field.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • English communication proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work 6 days per week and travel daily on site to Alabang.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred); CPA (preferred).
