This is an ideal position for a new college graduate who is looking for a position that is going to be challenging, demands high performance, but will give them hands-on experience working with big data and financial analytics.**Responsibilities*** Acquire new data and maintain existing data through website research* Work with data and product departments to ensure data completeness and integrity* Complete daily research deliverables* Effectively utilize proprietary databases and the Internet to complete research* Perform data quality assurance: identifying and analyzing data quality issues* Work collaboratively with team members both in the Philippines and in the U.S.* Support relevant process improvement and technology projects by contributing to specifications and testing deliverables.* Help maintain documentation of work processes and institutional knowledge in a centralized, web-based database.* Participate in a variety of other data management initiatives and assist on special projects as assigned**Qualifications**Training & Experience* Bachelor’s degree graduate in Finance, Business, Economics, or any closely related field **(Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply).*** Strong verbal and written communication skills; can thrive in a cross-border / multi-cultural work environment.Experience working with any of the following would be a **plus:*** Strong analytical skills to help interpret and aid in translation of industry data* Ability to take initiative to research and find a solution to presented or unidentified issues* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other technical abilities preferred* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet aggressive deadlines* Self-motivated/starter with strong attention to detail* Excellent communication and documentation skills* Working knowledge and understanding of the financial services and insurance industries a plus* Experience using Excel to manipulate and prepare financial data a plusWork Location & Schedule:* Amenable working at Makati City on a permanent late day shift schedule (12 noon – 9 pm Manila Time)* Amenable to go on a 2-month onsite training prior to transitioning to hybrid working arrangement.* Hybrid working arrangement (at least 3 days' work onsite per week)#LI-MP1#ENTRYLEVEL#MIN**What You Can Expect from Us**At ISS STOXX, our people are our driving force.
