Responsibilities
  • Day to day environment monitoring, support and maintenance including reconfiguration as necessary.
  • 1st, 2nd and 3rd Line helpdesk support to provide SharePoint issue investigation and resolution
  • Handling incoming project requests, to include solution design and project scheduling according to priority.
  • Implementation of Self-Service BI Reporting through SharePoint, according to Best Practices and user requirements.
  • Implementing solution designs according to SharePoint best practices, user handover, training and solution documentation.
  • Provide expertise to the whole organization, covering all aspects of SharePoint 2013, 2016 and Online especially Business Intelligence, Workflows, and Info Path forms.
  • Provide expertise for SharePoint 2013. 2016 on premise and Online
  • Close co-operation and integration within the IT Teams and helpdesk supporting hardware/software planning, configuration, and on-going management of SharePoint.
Desired Experience
  • 5 years’ experience as a SharePoint Administrator or Developer in a Managed Service environment or large government agency
  • Active Directory integration experience
  • SQL experience
  • Have good understanding of SharePoint server farm installations & SharePoint Add-Ins
  • Experience maintaining & updating SharePoint applications
  • New site creation, admin tasks
  • Power Apps knowledge
  • SharePoint health check & monitoring, SP reporting
  • PowerShell experience to generate SP reports
