Job Description
We are seeking a Pricing Architect Analyst to join our Deal Structuring & Pricing team at Neksjob. In this role, you'll leverage data-driven insights to support strategic pricing initiatives and profit optimization. You’ll analyze financial and market data to drive decisions and improve pricing tools and processes, empowering sales teams with actionable insights and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Pricing Analysis & Decision Support
- Utilize financial tools and Neksjob pricing models to analyze and shape pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with sales teams to analyze solutions, gather client requirements, and draft proposals.
- Support decision-makers with clear, concise, and insightful data-driven recommendations.
- Continuously refine and optimize pricing tools and processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Data Interpretation & Market Insights
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to uncover trends and insights, enabling strategic decision-making.
- Build a solid understanding of market intelligence, key competitors, and the broader IT landscape.
- Help sales leaders comprehend client selection criteria and requirements, ensuring strategic alignment in deal proposals.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with global sales teams, finance analysts, and leadership stakeholders, ensuring alignment on pricing strategies.
- Effectively communicate findings and insights to sales leaders and senior stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration.

- Continuously develop expertise in pricing tools, financial applications (Excel), and commercial strategies.
- Stay updated on IT market trends, Neksjob’s market position, and competitor activities.

Skills and Qualifications

Must-Have
-Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline (Finance, Business, Commerce, etc.).
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools (Excel) and familiarity with pricing models.
- Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Basic understanding of finance, pricing strategies, and market intelligence concepts.
- Good foundational skills in leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
