Job Highlights Hourly Rate: Approximately PHP 365 Schedule: Any day of the week, 4 hours per day | Brisbane, Australian Eastern Time Work Arrangement: Work from home Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process. Responsibilities Reconcile accounts using automated Airtable integration system Process and verify bills in Xero accounting software Review draft bills automatically generated from Airtable to ensure accuracy and completeness Apply proper expense coding for funded projects and specific tracking requirements Assist in lodging BAS (Business Activity Statements) for Australian tax compliance Cross-reference Airtable data with Xero entries to maintain financial accuracy Maintain financial records for primary company and managed client operationsEnsure compliance with Australian bookkeeping standards and practices Requirements Experience with Airtable (specifically reading and interpreting platform data) Knowledge of Australian bookkeeping practices and BAS lodging requirements Understanding of expense coding and tracking for different funding sources Bonus if you have experience with performing arts or entertainment industry financial structures It helps if you’re comfortable working with automation systems and integrations Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Reminder Kindly apply directly to the link provided; you will be redirected to BruntWork’s Career Site.
