About the role (your why)

Job summary:

We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to join our team and help shape the future of software development. You’ll build robust and scalable web applications using the Microsoft .NET stack and contribute to helping our customers achieve their business goals. This role also provides opportunities to explore AI technologies and redefine how software is built.

• Full Stack Mastery: Design, develop, and implement front-end and back-end components of web applications using the latest .NET technologies, with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Innovation and Evolution: Contribute to a culture of innovation; explore AI-driven approaches to software development.
• .NET and Azure Excellence: Apply deep knowledge of .NET Framework/Core, ASP.NET, C#, and Azure cloud services to build and deploy high-quality applications.
• Modern Front-End Development: Create engaging user interfaces with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js), HTML, and CSS for exceptional user experiences.
• Application Support & Continuous Improvement: Troubleshoot, analyze, and implement enhancements to improve functionality and user experience; develop robust back-end services and APIs for data management and integration.
• API Development and Integration: Build and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and third-party services.

• Quality Assurance and Testing: Implement unit and integration testing strategies to ensure code quality and application stability.
• Cloud Deployment and CI/CD: Deploy and maintain applications in Azure with CI/CD pipelines for efficient releases.
• Mentorship and Collaboration: Share expertise through code reviews and mentorship to foster a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
• Agile Development: Thrive in an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Requirement Gathering and Problem Solving: Translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications and solve complex technical challenges.
• AI-Powered Development: Leverage .NET expertise to build AI-enabled solutions, exploring AI agents, machine learning, and related technologies.

Key Skills:

• Extensive experience with .NET Framework/Core, ASP.NET, and C#
• Strong front-end development skills (React, Angular, Vue.js, HTML, CSS)
• Proven experience with RESTful API design and development
• Deep knowledge of database design and management (SQL Server, MySQL)
• Experience with ORM frameworks (Entity Framework)
• Deep knowledge of Azure cloud computing platforms
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A passion for exploring and implementing AI solutions in software development
• An open mind and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
