Responsibilities:

Live Presentations: Conduct live streaming sessions to showcase products or services, demonstrating features, benefits, and usage scenarios in an engaging and persuasive manner.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products or services you are selling, including key features, specifications, pricing, and competitive advantages.
Customer Engagement: Interact with customers in real-time through chat platforms, responding promptly to inquiries, providing product recommendations, and offering personalized assistance to enhance the shopping experience.
Sales Conversion: Utilize effective sales techniques to convert customer interest into sales, leveraging persuasive communication, product demonstrations, and promotional offers to drive purchase decisions.
Relationship Building: Build rapport with customers through friendly and authentic interactions, fostering trust and loyalty to encourage repeat purchases and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers regarding their shopping experience, product preferences, and suggestions for improvement, providing valuable insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to recommend complementary products or upgrades based on customer needs and preferences, maximizing sales revenue and enhancing the value proposition.
Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance metrics, such as sales conversion rates, customer satisfaction scores, and viewer engagement metrics, to evaluate the effectiveness of live selling strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
Strong interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport and establishing trust with customers.
Comfortable with technology and proficient in using live streaming platforms, chat applications, and other digital tools.
Sales-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving results and exceeding sales targets.
Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or live streaming is a plus, but not required.
