The tasks that they handle may include clerical, warehouse, and customer service. It also involves compiling reports, assisting with creating presentations with co‑workers, and organizing and maintaining records. Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure that the correct amount and type of stock is delivered. Signing delivery notes upon receipt of materials. Heeding notes about appropriate procedures for handling stock, particularly when fragile. Unpacking items and arranging them on shelves, if needed. Preparing our clients’ orders by gathering and loading stock. Ensuring that the facility remains clean, sanitary, and well‑organized. Reporting all breakages and spills. Offering assistance to other staff in the department during lulls in your day. Tagging of control no. for all materials with high value. Issuance of laptop to operations. Responsible to assist all return accountabilities. Degree in business administration, logistics or related field. Prior experience as a logistics assistant. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software. Strong communication, memorization, and teamwork skills. Outstanding organizational and investigative abilities.
