Guide learners through conversational practice and practical language use. Listen carefully to identify areas where students need support. Use a friendly and patient approach to help build confidence in others. Follow set processes to ensure each learner receives a consistent experience. Track progress and provide feedback using our platform. Who We’re Looking For: Fluent in English with clear pronunciation. Graduate of any 4-year course (Education or English major is a plus, but not required). No teaching license or prior teaching experience needed. Experience in tutoring, customer service, or any role helping people is a plus. Comfortable using online platforms and learning new tools. Good listener, patient, and able to follow step-by-step guides. Willing to work on-site in Makati.
