Role Overview:
  • Develops and implements a comprehensive HR technology stack strategy aligned with the goals of HROD.
  • Ensures technical solutions and configurations for business requirements are defined and implemented in projects.
  • Manages the solution architecture for Darwinbox and integrated HR systems, from implementation to support.
  • Acts as the point of contact for all HR system requirements, managing overall HR system needs to avoid overlaps or redundancies with Darwinbox and other applications, ensuring alignment with CIT directions and facilitating collaboration with other CIT teams.
  • Ensures that Service Level Agreements and systems are operational at all times.
  • Provides direction to the operations support team by establishing standard service operations processes and evaluating performance against SLAs periodically.
  • Implements improvements through regular service reviews, identifying areas for enhancement based on metrics, conducting benchmarking, audits, and maturity assessments.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 3-6 years of relevant work experience.
  • Preferably knowledgeable in Darwinbox or similar HCM tools, project management, and technical architecture.
  • Strong understanding of HCM tools and HR process alignment.
