What You’ll Do Deliver high-quality care to every client who visits Use clinical reasoning to create action plans that help clients do what they love, longer Engage with local referral sources to develop your own caseload Participate in ongoing mentorship and clinical education provided within the organization and externally Collaborate with your Clinic Director and Lead Clinician to determine training and support needed for growth About You Licensed and in good standing with your affiliated college Have appropriate liability insurance Place clients’ needs first, evidenced by cross-referring when appropriate, following up after appointments, and coordinating with clients’ schedules Commit to personal growth and learning from Clinic Director, Lead Clinician, Regional Director of Clinical Development, and peers Thrive on giving and receiving feedback and adjusting care accordingly Be a team player who contributes to the development of the entire team Contribute to clinic culture through mentoring students, covering shifts, and participating in events/workshops Collaborate with the Front Desk team to ensure smooth patient flow Strong communicator with a focus on positive customer service Working at Myo 1:1 care with every client Onboarding with a 90-day plan to set you up for success and build your caseload At least 2 in-clinic mentors for personal growth Structured mentorship program and regular clinical workshops Motivated client base focused on moving and feeling their best Professional development programs including Leadership In Training (LIT) and opportunities to lead workshops Culture of growth with a growing team and expanding clinics What We Offer Competitive compensation with a fee split, plus annual $1000 Continuing Education reimbursement and referral bonuses Financial stability through an initial structured monthly Stipend Model for the first three months Performance-based recognition via Senior Clinician Program, including a potential 20% increase in service pricing as you grow Clear career pathways to Lead Clinician, Clinic Director, or Regional Director with mentorship and development programs Employee wellness: paid staff treatment sessions and employer-paid mental health support Pet insurance Access to partnerships and community discounts Let’s Connect: Your Path to Joining Myo We value open communication throughout the interview process.
