We are seeking an experienced Senior NetSuite Consultant to help us optimize, organize, and innovate within our comprehensive NetSuite ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, e‑commerce, cost accounting, and advanced NetSuite functionality. You will play a pivotal role in configuring, maintaining, and enhancing our software environment, with a particular focus on scalability, automation, and best practices. Responsibilities Manufacturing configuration Configure Work Orders with Routings, phasing out Assembly Builds. Set up, optimize, and maintain Material Requirements Planning (MRP) aligned with production needs. Establish and refine Routings and Work Centers for efficient manufacturing. Configure and manage lot‑tracked items, enforcing standardized processes. Implement workflows for demand planning and supply allocation. System Design & Governance Redesign roles and permissions for departments, tightening access controls across financials and reporting tools. Audit, reduce, and document NetSuite customizations to align with system best practices and scalability needs. Automation & Workflows Build, streamline, and maintain business workflows and scripts. Automate critical alerts, approval processes, and customer communications. Set up email reminders for expiring licenses and related notifications. Ensure accurate costing methods and integrate production costing with financials. Support month‑end close activities, variance analysis, and management reporting. SuiteCommerce & Web Integration Redesign or refresh the SuiteCommerce website, enhancing UX/UI and updating product content. Integrate real‑time inventory visibility and pricing rules. Lead migration or connection of new Shopify website to NetSuite, ensuring data integrity. Templates & Documents Modify and modernize Advanced PDF/HTML templates (invoices, purchase orders, packing slips, etc.). Standardize branding and formats across all documentation. Reporting & Analytics Build workbooks, datasets, dashboards, and KPIs for diverse business units. Create comprehensive saved searches and real‑time reporting tools for leadership. General NetSuite Administration Manage sandbox testing and deployment via SuiteBundler or structured change management. Apply SuiteScript knowledge (or collaborate with developers as needed). Requirements Experience: 5+ years administering and optimizing NetSuite for manufacturing, e‑commerce, and finance functions. Expertise in NetSuite Manufacturing, Inventory, Finance, CRM, Reporting & Analytics, SuiteCommerce, and Supply Planning modules. Strong process optimization skills and practical understanding of industry best practices. Proficient in role management, customizing templates, and automating workflows. Successful track record in system audits, data migration, integration oversight, and troubleshooting. Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. Experience with SuiteScript highly preferred; ability to manage or mentor developers is a plus. Background in heavy manufacturing and/or e‑commerce settings is highly desirable.
