Job Description
Position Overview:
We are looking for a hands‑on Solar PV Engineer to take charge of the technical design and on‑site delivery of our solar photovoltaic (PV) and battery energy storage projects in the Philippines.
Key Duties:
- Perform site surveys and feasibility studies for rooftop and ground‑mount solar PV installations.
- Produce system designs in PVsyst and AutoCAD, including string sizing, single‑line diagrams and electrical schematics.
- Select and specify PV modules, inverters, batteries and balance‑of‑system components.
- Supervise installation, testing and commissioning on project sites; ensure work meets code and safety standards.
- Monitor plant performance, diagnose faults and prepare O&M reports; support the permits/engineering team as needed.
Who We Are Looking For:
- BS Electrical Engineering graduate; PRC Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE/RME) is a plus.
- Hands‑on experience with solar PV / BESS design, installation or maintenance.
- Working knowledge of PVsyst and AutoCAD; able to read and produce electrical drawings.
- Willing to travel and stay on‑site during project implementation (company‑provided accommodation).
- Good written and spoken English; team player with a strong safety mindset.
Compensation: PHP 25,000 - 70,000 monthly, negotiable depending on experience and license.
