1. Transferred tools, parts, equipment and supplies to and from work stations and other areas.
2. Disassembled broken defective parts and equipment to facilitate the repair and reassemble equipment when repairs were completed.
3. Performed routine work associated with engine overhauls, valve jobs, brake jobs and used equipment such as valve grinding machine and brake lathe's used to resurface brake rotors and brake drums.
4. Assisted rebuilding and reinstallation of various units, subassemblies, and components this included both gasoline and diesel engines.
5. Removed and replaced, manual and automatic transmissions, c-v axles, hub bearing assemblies and steering components.
6. Drained, flushed and replenished all fluids and oils such as engine oil, transmission fluid, power steering fluid, radiator coolant, differential lube, and brake fluid.
7. Installed or replaced machinery, equipment and new or replacement parts on all types of vehicles, using hand or power tools.
8. Examined and tested machinery, equipment, components, and parts for defects to ensure proper function.
