Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ year experience in customer service/public transport roles. Basic math skills for cash handling. First Aid/Basic Life Support certification (preferred). Skills Strong communication (Tagalog/English; basic regional dialects a plus). Conflict resolution for handling disputes over fares/seating. Familiarity with Jeepney/bus routes and fare structures in Metro Manila. Physical stamina for standing/moving in crowded vehicles.
