Quality Auditor

Overview Job Title: Quality Auditor Specialization: Home Health Coding Quality Experience: Minimum 1 year Work set-up: Work from home Work schedule: Shifting either day or night shift Home Health Coding Experience: Must be Minimum of 1 year Total requirement: 10 (5-Day shift, 5- Night shift) Budget: 60K Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of quality analysts, providing guidance and support. Conduct regular audits and reviews of HHC to ensure accuracy and compliance with established procedures. Identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Accounts Receivables team Generate regular reports on quality and performance metrics. Develop and deliver training programs for the Accounts Receivables team based on identified quality issues. Work closely with the home health leadership team to establish quality goals and strategies. Qualifications Strong communication and comprehension skills. Proficiency in analysing quality metrics and making data-driven decisions. In-depth knowledge of HHC specific regulations and compliance requirements.
