Overview

As a Recruiter , you will be responsible for coordinating various hiring activities within the HR/Recruitment Department. Your role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from preparing and posting job ads to screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, scheduling, and maintaining candidate databases. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring Coordination: Coordinate with the HR/Recruitment Department on all hiring activities.
  • Candidate Communication: Respond to recruitment-related emails and candidate inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Job Posting Management: Prepare and post job advertisements across various online platforms.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial resume screenings and perform initial interviews.
  • Interview Scheduling: Schedule interviews and maintain calendars for all hiring teams and candidates.
  • Background Checks: Initiate and process background checks for shortlisted candidates.
  • Database Management: Maintain and regularly update the candidate database.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Assist with new hire onboarding by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating onboarding tasks.
  • Record Keeping: Handle and organize all recruitment records and paperwork.
  • Administrative Support: Perform other related administrative or recruitment support tasks as needed.
LINE OF BUSINESS (LOB)
  • Recruitment Virtual Assistance, focused on managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process from sourcing to onboarding support.
  • Specialized in (e.g., Job Posting, Candidate Screening, Interview Coordination, Database Management, Background Checks, Onboarding Documentation)
  • Focus Areas:
    • Streamlining hiring activities and candidate communication.
    • Efficiently managing interview schedules and candidate pipelines.
    • Maintaining accurate recruitment records and databases.
    • Supporting new hire onboarding processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a relevant field.
  • At least one year of experience as a recruitment assistant or a related role.
  • Familiarity with standard hiring practices, such as scheduling interviews and onboarding processes.
  • Preferably has experience recruiting for a virtual assistant role in the e-commerce industry (not required).
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Can work independently, as well as, part of a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and high demand for recruitment requests.
  • Available for full-time work.
