Duties And Responsibilities Contribute to the health of the business portfolio by executing content for the brand’s digital assets. Contribute to improvements of systems, tools, processes and practices that will enhance the agency’s resource management capabilities. Ensure processes are followed and approvals are secured before implementing any digital content. Maintain good time management practices by delivering work within agreed‑upon timelines. Help foster a culture of accountability, ownership and high collaboration across functional teams. Foster a culture of self‑propelled learning and development through digital upskilling and continuous self‑learning of new advertising platforms and digital creation tools. Share relevant and up‑to‑date digital design best practices through timely updates or learning sessions. Act as a digital expert by outlearning client and team members on digital trends, tools, and formats; recommend digital executions that meet client and agency objectives. Work with the lead creative team in efficiently executing digital marketing solutions, including content development, brand playbooks, digital displays, and mobile/web platform executions. Obtain proficiency on creative programs in the Adobe system and other creative solutions for content development, web design, video production, and generative AI tools. Help implement and maintain systems and initiatives that foster an environment that champions the core values of the agency. Collaborate respectfully to address potential roadblocks in delivering superior work on time. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
