CCTV Technician

• Install CCTV cameras and surveillance systems in various locations • Maintain and repair existing CCTV systems • Perform regular system inspections to ensure optimal performance • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with CCTV equipment • Collaborate with security and IT teams to integrate and maintain surveillance systems • Provide training and support to end-users on system operation • Document system configurations, maintenance activities, and service logs • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in video surveillance Qualifications • College diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus • Proven experience as a CCTV Technician or in a similar role • Strong understanding of video surveillance systems and associated technologies • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Effective communication and customer service skills • Physical ability to perform installations in various environments • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Skills • Video Surveillance Systems • Troubleshooting • Technical Support • System Configuration • Network Knowledge • Electrical Wiring • Customer Service • Written and Verbal Communication
