IT.Reports Developer

SSIS / SSRS / PowerBI / Report Developer

Location: Hybrid

You will be working in a cross-functional team, using agile methodologies to build Business Intelligence (BI) solutions in the financial services industry. We are looking for team players who can work beyond their specialty to help the team deliver. Each team member is responsible for the quality of the product and should be willing to work on any tasks needed, such as report development, database queries, deployment automation, etc. The successful candidate will use their experience and talent to help drive system delivery, introduce new technologies, and guide the evolution of our applications.

1. SSIS Development: Design and query APIs, databases, and data lakes to populate data warehouses from external and internal sources.
2. Database Development: Develop and maintain database objects such as queries, tables, views, and stored procedures needed for SSRS, Power BI, and Qlik Reports.
3. Report Development: Design, build, and modify reports using Microsoft SSRS and Power BI.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 2+ years’ experience with REST APIs and data loading with SSIS.
• 2+ years of professional experience in report development using SSRS.
• 2+ years of experience developing queries and database objects with RDBMS.
• Strong proficiency in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Proficient in advanced SSRS reporting features (parameters, sub-reports, conditional formatting).
• Proficiency in SoapUI or Postman.
• Experience with REST APIs and JSON structured data.
• Experience with PostgreSQL.
• Experience working on Agile teams.
• Solid understanding of core software development processes—debugging, code tuning, performance optimization, and refactoring.
• Must be self-motivated, driven, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the financial industry is highly desirable.
