We’re looking for a Senior Buyer who can take the lead in sourcing and managing our Bakery, Meat & Poultry, and Health & Beauty Aids (HBA) categories. If you have a sharp eye for trends, love negotiating the best deals, and have a passion for retail excellence, this role is for you What You’ll Do Oversee end-to-end buying activities for Bakery, Meat & Poultry, and HBA categories. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and product listings to drive quality and profitability. Analyze consumer trends, sales performance, and market movement. Collaborate with merchandising and operations teams to ensure product availability and freshness. Champion quality and compliance across all sourcing activities. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in buying or procurement — ideally in retail, supermarket, or FMCG . Strong knowledge of Bakery, Meat & Poultry, and HBA products. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills. A proactive and collaborative team player with a keen business sense. Why Join Landers?
