Within Sales, we\'re focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development. Join us and see your vision shape the future of our sales excellence. Your responsibilities Produce analyses that drive actionable insight, directly influencing sales strategies and brand growth. Develop reporting processes that track and measure business performance, setting the stage for informed decisions. Monitor market shifts and competitor movement to discover opportunities for innovation and expansion. Execute strategic account plans with a commercial focus to achieve Reckitt's goals. Streamline end-to-end processes to pinpoint opportunities that the sales & trade marketing teams can act on. Collaborate with various stakeholders to maintain and enhance reporting mechanisms at local and global levels. The experience we're looking for You're proactive and thrive on making a significant impact in a fast-paced setting. Demonstrated ability in both financial and commercial analysis. Exceptional at interpreting data, market trends, and translating them into actionable sales directives. Confident in your communication skills, able to convey complex information succinctly. Collaborative in nature, with a track record of working effectively within diverse teams. Highly skilled in account management, with a savvy for ecommerce and field sales.
