Role Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer support to players through ticketing, email, or chat Investigate and resolve player inquiries promptly; assist internal teams with project-related requests Gather and deliver player feedback according to established procedures Provide translations when required to ensure seamless communication Maintain accurate and detailed reports; escalate issues as needed Contribute to smoother support processes with macros and knowledge base usage Participate in training sessions and manage time effectively to meet players’ needs Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Helpshift, Zendesk) and knowledge bases; basic troubleshooting Requirements You would be a great fit if you have: Mastery in C1-C2 level language proficiency, with English at B2 level or higher Excellent communication skills for effective player support Flexibility to adapt to various situations and player needs Accountability and reliability in handling inquiries Proactivity in identifying and addressing player concerns Proficiency in navigating knowledge bases for efficient support Basic troubleshooting skills for technical challenges Availability for full-time work, including weekends/holidays and across time zones as needed Nice-to-haves: Previous Customer Service experience or BPO exposure Knowledge of community platforms or ticketing tools (e.g., Discord, Slack, Zendesk, Helpshift) an asset Passion for video games is a plus but not essential Benefits Non-taxable Allowances HMO and Life Insurance Paid Time Off Annual Wellness Subsidy Recruitment process Submit your application with an updated resume Online language assessment (typing involved; requires C1-C2 proficiency and English B2 or higher) Assessment results typically available within 48-72 hours If successful, online interview via MS Teams; a second interview may be possible Offer and onboarding as a Keywords Studios employee Our recruitment is fully online and remote.
